As of February 12, 2020, all Dressember Marketplace products are Final Sale, and there will be no returns accepted.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
If you need to return a Dressember 2019 Dess that was purchased prior to 02/12/20, email us at email@example.com with your order number, a description of the 2019 Dressember Dress that you would like to return, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a store credit or refund to your original form of payment. We will email you a shipping label so that you can send the return item back to us. When we receive your return item, we will either issue a store gift card for the amount of your original purchase or issue a refund to your original form of payment less $8 for 1-2 dresses or $16 for 3 or more dresses to cover U.S. return shipping or less the actual cost of return shipping on international returns.
When we receive your return dress(es), we will issue a store credit to you via email. You can then submit a new order online.
We take pride in the quality of our products, but with most products being handmade, we do understand that sometimes quality issues happen. Please email a photo, your order number, and a description of the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be in touch with you to correct your order.
